Description

The second photolysis of CH3O2NO2 is considered for C2O3 production. However, it does not produce C2O3 and should be removed from the Fourth group: C2O3 & PAN,
i.e., the rjv(ivec,jmo2no2b)*yv(ivec,ich3o2no2) from P19 (aka production of C2O3)

The 2nd photolysis reaction is, jmo2no2b: CH3O2NO2 + hv --> CH2O + HO2 + NO3 (Williams et al., 2017)

Moreover, the second photolysis of CH3O2NO2 is also accounted in the Fifth group: CH3O2 & CH3O2NO2 in R1920,
i.e.., the CH3O2 from CH3O2NO2 production) which is again wrong and should be removed too.

Another small typo is the stoichiometric coefficient of C2O3 of the ACO2 and CH3O2 reaction.
Now it is 0.3, i.e., 0.3*rrv(ivec,kaco2mo2)*yv(ivec,iaco2)*yv(ivec,ich3o2)& but in Williams et al., 2013 is 0.2.

If it has not changed on purpose, maybe we should change it too, for clarity.
