the orbit 10784 contains only fill values
The file contains only 80 scanlines instead of the usual number ~3740
The minimum solar zenith angle is 91.6 degree (figure) therefore the file itself is correct, except that the input data were missing.

This issue has been resolved in version 0.10.0. Granules with no successful retrievals are skipped internally.
