In the PYCAMA reports for O3 (NRTI (fig.21) and OFFL) but also for the Cloud and AER-AI (fig.14) products some histograms are collapsed to just one line (y-axes), see attached plot.
In most cases the plots are expected to show histograms of error related data (RMS or precision). The error occured after the last plot update (NRTI O3 dat 14-10-2018).

This is some bug in Matplotlib, and I can't figure out what is going on. I though I had solved an earlier version of this bug, but only for log scales. Turns out it is still there. Setting the bounding box explicitly didn't help, and stack overflow doesn't have clues. May have to switch to a different version of matplotlib.

Found that the issue is with matplotlib.pyplot.tight_layout(). Removing that call solves the issue, this is done in PyCAMA 0.8.2. This will require a new deployment of PyCAMA at KNMI.

New version of PyCAMA has been installed in IDAF system.
